Products

For Candles:

  1. First Burn: Allow the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn in future uses.
  2. Trim the Wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to promote a clean and controlled flame. This also helps prevent excess soot and ensures a longer candle life.
  3. Avoid Drafts: Burn candles away from drafts to ensure an even burn and prevent uneven melting.
  4. Safety First: Always place candles on heat-resistant surfaces, away from flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

For Wax Melts:

  1. Use in Approved Warmers: Use only in wax warmers designed for wax melts. Do not add water or use in a manner other than directed.
  2. Easy Removal: To change scents, let the wax cool and harden. Then, turn on the warmer for a few minutes, allowing the wax to release easily from the warmer dish.
  3. Avoid Overfilling: Use only the recommended amount of wax for your warmer. Overfilling may lead to overflow and a mess.
  4. Clean Regularly: Clean the warmer dish regularly to remove any residual wax before introducing a new scent.

Currently, not all of our candles are phthalate-free. However, we want to assure you that we are actively working towards achieving a 100% phthalate-free status by the end of this year. We understand the importance of offering products that align with your preferences and values.

In the meantime, any candles in our collection that do contain phthalates are clearly labeled. We believe in transparency and want our customers to make informed choices when selecting our products.

Our candles are designed to provide a delightful and long-lasting experience. The burn times for our different sizes are as follows:

  • 6oz Tins: 35-45 hours

Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100.

At the moment, we currently only ship to addresses within the United States. However, we want to let you know that we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Returns

The return period is 30 days, and returns are accepted for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition. Once the product is received back, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. The refund process typically takes up to 10 business days. Upon receiving the returned item, a refund will be issued, and you can anticipate seeing the refund in 10 business days on the original form of payment.
